Working Principle

The motor drives the grinding table through decelerator. Materials collapse the center of grinding table from feed opening. At the same time, hot air makes the mill in the air inlet. The crushed materials are brought up by vane high-speed airstream, the more expensive particles collapse to the grinding table for regrinding. Once the materials in the airstream pass the separator on the top of the mill , the coarse powder collapse the grinding table for regrinding under the function of rotation rotor. The fine powder happens with the airstream , and it is gathered by the dust catcher. The materials pleased with moisture will be dried once they satisfy the hot airstream. Through adjusting the temperature with the hot airstream, it could meet different material’s requirement, and also through adjusting separator , it may reach proper fineness of materials.
