In stone crushing plant, jaw crusher is used as primary crusher machine, when big stones are crushed smaller after jaw crusher, they’re used in impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary crushing, then have the stone shapping machine so you can get cubic size. Using screening machine to screen out your suitable building aggregates, as the unsuitable stones go back to the crusher machine for re-crushing.

40 -60 TPH:
Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + impact crusher (PF-1010) or cone crusher (HPC 160) + vibrating screen
80 – 120 TPH:
Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-600×900) + impact crusher (PF-1214) or cone crusher (CS 4 1/4) + vibrating screen
150 – 200 TPH:
Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-750×1060) + impact crusher (PF-1315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen
250 – 300 TPH:
Hopper + vibrating feeder + jaw crusher(PE-500×750) + two impact crushers (PF-11315) or cone crusher (HPC 220) + vibrating screen

Stone crushing machine can be used to crush these stones into small size or alter the form such as limestone, quartz, marble, granite and recycle building waste materials including debris, asphaltic cement concrete. Usually in stone crushing plant, we crush stones into small particles with diameter of 10mm, 12mm, 19mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm.

Stone Crushing Process

General natural stones is big, it isn’t suited to construction building. Therefore we must crush these stones into small size or change the kind of it in stone crushing plant. Stone crushers will be the machine that is used to cut back the size, or change the type of spend so they can be easily removed or recycled, or lessen the size of a good mix of recycleables (such as rock ore), to ensure that bits of different composition may be differentiated.
